Conditions for exchange of goods.

Exchange goods - now it's easy :)

Do you want to exchange a product, your shoes don't fit, your clothes are too loose?
Please inform us of your decision on 0879 579 364, 0893 453 251 or email [email protected] within 30 days from the date of delivery. Then follow the steps below.

1. Please note that products can only be exchanged in their original form and packaging.
2. It is important that you send us a note together with the products describing how or what the product will be replaced with / replacement with a different size or number, a different product than the one ordered, replacement with another item / to facilitate the processing of the return and the replacement.

3. Please note that the courier costs for returning the products are at your expense.
Send the parcel to the address city of Varna; West Industrial Zone; 26 "Perla" St.; Logistics Park Varna for MELA 05 VARNA EOOD with a courier company of your choice.
For easier processing of the return, we recommend that you contact the services of our partners from the courier company Econt Express.

4. When sending the product for replacement, we ask that it be released with an option to review. The contents of the shipment will be checked and if the goods are in their original packaging and appearance, they will be replaced.
